Every case is different, which is why our team needs to analyze your order, history, and the best road forward.

Warranty Returns
Defective items may be returned within 30 days. However, if 30 days have passed, don’t panic. Check your package—you should have received a warranty in the box. Check this warranty paper to see if you are still eligible for a replacement, even if the refund period has expired. Remember to reach out to our team before initiating any return process.
